So today it was time to take Shannon's crib & put up her toddler bed. AKA Big girl bed! She loves it. She immediately started jumping on it of course. Her crib was so hard to take down. It had been in the family for years & it obviously didn't have the correct bolts & etc... Don't worry though it was held together very well. Very very well actually! It took Matt an hour then I came to help & still it was an hour. We tried taking apart part of it & getting it out the door but it wouldn't fit. After alot of sweat (and some yelling) it's out & the big girl bed is in it's place. It was a job let me tell ya but after all that work I realized the hardest part of taking her baby bed down was just that. Taking her baby bed down. My baby is growing up.

Aww it is hard to see them grow. I often get all teary thinking this will be our last baby. She looks so comfy!

"BIG GIRL BED" she can't be that old already. I guess time really does fly. She looks so cute in it though. I remember just how hard it was when you know the crib is coming down for the last time....
